Patient 'Patient'
By Kally Kaur
In the name of love just be patient.
Take a few deep breaths and just focus.
Release the tension and just simply let go.
Is the doctor just running late?
He is seeing a sick person and you will be next.
Persevere, hold on, but don’t hold back.
In the quite, maybe not, collect your thoughts.
Drop those shoulders whilst on standby.
Be understanding when you are being seen.
Keep calm for the nurse may need to use a needle.
Pause for a second or two, again take a deep breath.
Have a gratitude attitude for you will be seen.
You may be told you need further rest.
Bide ones time, perhaps check your ‘To Do’ list.
Another sufferer going in before you?
Practice tolerance, mind over matter.
There may be delay, no need to depart.
Be lenient patient for your turn will come.
“Accept the things you cannot change”
It’s out of your hands, just stay put.
Once more, take a deep breath and count your many blessings.
Forgive yourself for being impatient
or are you being a patient Patient?
EUREKA!
By Kally Kaur
To awake with a grin, and gratitude.
Allowing the day to unfold exactly like it does.
Draw the blinds, letting the sun in.
Good morning, awaits, wonderful adventure to experience.
Question, what will one choose to do today?
A stroll in the woods, feeling fresh breeze.
Breathe, listen, take in beauty through your soul.
Beautiful creation, better than any art seen.
Unique experience felt by many.
What is felt is one’s own deep meaning.
No one feels what the other mastered.
Obsessed with keeping that moment alive.
The gift is to continue to head for further trials.
Fly or fright syndrome built within each.
Choices are many, go beyond limitations.
True comfort found by the simplest of things.
Undergo all that’s above or in the past.
Reach upon the highest of the mountains.
Smile, take pleasure in your success.
Eureka!
ANGER AND FRUSTRATION
By Kally Kaur
My sweet sweet child,
No need to cry.
Why so impatient?
Everything is just.
You are protected.
Be patient my soul.
For you are cherished by me alone.
No harm will come to you.
I see and feel your fury.
Unsettled? Fear of neglect.
Allow me to hold you.
For my sake, I too shed tears.
Forgive me for deserting you.
Never again will I ignore your desires.
You need me more than I,
But the opposite is true.
No crying you make.
For you have ME for comfort.
I’m giving you assurance of being one.
How it was always intended.
In my haste I forgot.
Precious child of mine that you are,
Grow old with me I plead.
I will always hold your hand in mine.
I WANT By Kally Kaur To stop and disappear into thin air. To watch in space dust mites too. To listen with my eyes, language of stillness. To admire the beauty that surrounds the earth.
To stare into the clear blue ocean. To lose oneself in awe of wonders. To relax and be massaged and pampered. To fall into a deep, much earned sleep.
To enjoy the task at hand. Giving no less than hundred ‘n’ ten percent. Enjoying each second, losing sense of time. To find purpose and invite in abundance. To be complete is to be at peace.
To be lost in admiration, work well done. The ideas to never stop flooding. To give life a chance. To appreciate the now with each breath. To know everything just is.
To get lost in my own laughter. To think thoughts of satisfaction. To relax into being in the moment. To open arms to whatever life deals. To acknowledge it’s all a dream.
To smile when an angel presence felt. To feel worthy when prayers of thanks given. To be open to what tomorrow brings. To nurture and look after. To be what my creator intended.
W H Y ? ? ? By Kally Kaur
In life, many answers you’ll never find. To the suffering that is caused, What is felt is out of control. Burning questions inside, knowing you’ll never know the whole truth. Stabbed in the chest several times. Why? Who? When? Where? Floods of tears – detachment or fear? Lies, storytelling plastered online. Further discomfort to those that grieve without any understanding. The sun rises as usual, and I’m still breathing. A life is gone to never be replaced. May your soul rest in peace. There’s no way of knowing how it felt. Surely god wouldn’t allow such raw torture. But thoughts of cruelty and madness disturb each other. In time question are buried – life resumes. Reasons, excuses or presumptions, are of the mind only. ‘Forgive’ you say? No comprehend.
Bohemian Home Life By Kally Kaur
Only the eccentric? Or the outspoken. You are okay, I am okay! Laugh daily, especially at one self – You’ll heal quicker, trust me but I’m no Dr. Let me wear my odd socks. My underwear never matches either. Always on time, and always live for the moment. You may have a routine and a structure. Mars bar? Work, rest and play. What one puts off today may struggle the day after. Complaining about not enough time. The task was set by only you.
FEAR CHAIN
By Kally Kaur
Assumed, controlled by fear.
Dreading the next second.
Shallow breath, unease breads.
Scarred to put one step in front of another.
Foreseeing what’s not visible to the naked eye.
Suspecting suspicions of the mind.
Doubting any possibilities, total darkness.
Terrorised by one self.
Shaking in one owns shoes.
Described as butterflies, labelled anxiety.
Finally it’s a concern of good health.
Stand in awe, no need to be afraid.
Confidence is called for, make that move.
Dare to confront, stare it in the eye.
Become lion hearted, run no more.
Cut off that chain from the route.
The link collapses, shackles broken.
Series of thoughts break away.
Progression of the new may be over whelming.
Bond, enlighten oneself from the heart.
Will not allow fear to cripple one,
Embrace the life given, thorough till end
