Issue 3: Extended Issue

From the moment we put the last copy of Reflections to bed, we have been itching to get started on this issue. The excitement generated by the relaunch of the magazine has been fantastic, and it’s great to receive all the positive feedback. Please keep it coming, especially as it really lifts our spirits, and more than makes up for the frustration of being unable to convince some service providers of the tremendous value developing art in mental health has.
We are delighted to say that we are ahead of schedule with our plans to increase the size of the magazine, and you will note that this issue has been extended by four pages.
Whilst our primary objective will always be to showcase the talent of those of us who experience mental health problems, we also intend to introduce a news element to the magazine as we strive to develop a national strategy for art in mental health, and open up lines of communication.
Finally welcome to South West London and St. Georges Mental Health NHS Trust, Leicestershire NHS Partnership Trust, Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland NHS Trust and thank you for your support which really is greatly appreciated.
