Full Circle Arts - Manchester - Can you help ?

Full Circle Arts works towards inclusive practice in the arts, whether it is by offering personal development and mentoring sessions for disabled artists or talking to arts venues about accessibility. We are, however, currently going through some changes as a result of the recent Arts Council NPO funding bid; we are having to stop offering one-to-one mentoring and artist development sessions and focus on developing our digital presence more. As part of this process, we are now looking into the possibility of offering online mentoring and support, and are in the process of producing downloadable 'toolkits' (to offer advice to artists and institutions alike) and are also contracting arts/digital professionals to write interesting/controversial/topical articles for us.

Toolkits are short pieces of instructional materials which offer advice to users. For example, "How to use Digital Technology to Increase Accessibility" or "Ten Basic Tips on Making Art Accessible to All". We are hoping to have a good stock of toolkits written for us by late August.

Articles are longer pieces - around 2-3 pages in a Word document, which aim to discuss interesting and relevant topics relating to disability, inclusive practice, and the use of digital media for the purposes of accessibility. We would like articles to be written in simple, easy-to-understand English and ideally on a topic that provokes discussion. We would like to have people contracted to write articles by late August, although we do not need to have the full article written as  soon. Our aim is to release articles on a monthly basis to keep the web  content fresh and interesting.

If  you would be happy to contribute, please send me a proposal of your article/toolkit along with an estimated fee. We only have a limited budget, but we will do our very best to meet your suggestion.
