Can you help in Newport ?
Monday, June 27, 2011 hearing voices event looking for help and artists
I am a facilitator of a support group for people who experience visions or voices - this group is hosting the first welsh event for world hearing voices day - the day is an informal event uniting people with an interest in voice hearing, we have great speakers, open mic session and most relevant here - gallery space for artwork which relates to voice hearing or by voice hearers.
We wondered if people would like to display their art? - also we are looking for help on hanging artwork on a temporary measure - any advice would be welcome as we are on a shoestring and a steep learning curve because we really want to give people the opportunity to express themselves.
